From parking to product

Southern Parking taught me that price, traffic flow, and where a car sits are design decisions—even when nobody calls them that.

From parking to product

Long before I had design vocabulary, I was placing cars near Chastain and adjusting price by demand. That was service design without the label.

PartnerUp came later—an early product that tried to solve too much at once. Hive is what happened after I learned to start narrower: specific users, a clear transaction, and trust as the real interface problem.

The through-line is not that every idea worked. It is that each one changed the questions I ask next.
